Mushvalley Farms: Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mushvalley Farms. Because we deal exclusively in food products and perishables, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers above all else.

1. No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (food/perishables), we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. Unlike non-food items, food products cannot be restocked or resold once they have been handled by a third party or stored outside of our controlled environment.

2. Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging our products, but we understand that issues can occur during transit. Please inspect your order upon reception.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product arrived damaged or spoiled.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is defective or safety seals are broken upon arrival.

To report an issue:

  1. Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number.

  3. Attach clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

3. Refunds

If your claim is approved due to damage or error on our part, we will notify you via email. You will be given the choice of:

  • A full refund sent to your original payment method.

  • A replacement shipment sent at no additional cost to you.

Please note: It can take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Personal Taste: Refunds are not granted based on personal flavor preferences.

  • Missed Deliveries: Perishable items left unattended for extended periods after delivery.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, it cannot be cancelled.
