Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Mushvalley Farms. We are committed to delivering the purest herbal teas, premium dried oyster mushrooms, and nutrient-dense powders from our farm to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during harvest seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


2. Packaging & Product Integrity

To ensure our herbal teas and butterfly pea flowers retain their vibrant color and aroma, and that our dried oyster mushrooms remain crisp:

  • We use moisture-proof, food-grade resealable packaging.

  • Powders (Amla) are double-sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

  • We prioritize eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible to align with our farm-to-table values.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

  • Domestic: We ship to all addresses within [Your Country/Region].

  • International: We currently [ship / do not ship] internationally.

    • Note for International: Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order. Please check your local regulations regarding the import of dried agricultural products and herbal supplements before ordering.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

Mushvalley Farms is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the fault lies with the carrier. However, we value your satisfaction:

  • If you receive your order damaged (e.g., broken seals or crushed dried mushrooms), please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  • Contact us at [mushvalleyfarms@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

  • Returns: Due to the perishable and consumable nature of herbal teas and powders, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind." Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
